More About Acasi and Our Filling Nozzles
Our filling nozzles are manufactured in 316L stainless steel and comes standard with Viton o-rings. They can be manufactured in Titanium or Zirconium for corrosive products too.
The Pressure Overflow Nozzles can be used to fill low-medium viscosity liquid products, and the Piston Filler Nozzles can be used to fill medium-high viscosity liquid products.
Pressure Overflow Nozzles can be installed on machine models: GI3300, MINI-GI and Rotary Filler.
Piston Filler Nozzles can be installed on machine models: Flow Meter Filler, TruPiston, PI3300, MiniPiston and TruPump.
