Secondary Orientator Features:

  • Heavy duty linear carriage system for height adjustability.
  • All shafts and threaded rods manufactured in 304 stainless steel. 
  • Heavy duty casters standard. 
  • No change of parts needed for a wide range of containers. 
  • Front covers with safety interlock switches standard.
  • Adjustable height to accommodate containers.
  • Will work with plastic or glass containers.
  • Change parts needed for various types of containers.
  • 2 kW AC orientation servo motor controlled by servo amplifier.

Control panel features:

  • Omron PLC for all machine logic functions, special modifications on programs available for special adaptations.
  • 7 in HMI for all machine functions and delays.
  • Frequency control drive conveyor and belts system speed, acceleration and deceleration.
  • Front panel Start and Emergency STOP for easy access.
