Cap Feeding and Orientating

Acasi Machinery offers several different cap feeding and orientating machines. If you don't see a system that matches your needs, keep in mind that we are in constant development and can integrate other manufacturers' feeders with our machines.

Floor level cap feeder features:

  • 14-inch height adjustment
  • Angle adjustability +/- 10 degrees
  • 4.5 cubic-foot stainless steel hopper
  • 8-inch wide belt
  • Cleated belts, 6-inch spacing, 2-inch cleats
  • L-shape conveyor for vertical and horizontal transportation of caps
  • Swivel to facilitate any change over on the cap feeder bowl
  • Variable speed control
  • Wired with bowl for shutoff by caps level

ACASI Waterfall type Cap Sorter - Model 810-000 V18:

  • Construction in stainless steel.
  • 18 inches wide belt.
  • Belt spacing designed for your application, can accommodate caps from 8 mm to 110 mm in diameter.
  • Cap by demand controlled by photoelectric sensor.
  • Air shutoff valve controlled by photoelectric sensor.
  • Includes Filter regulator.
  • Knob adjustments of cap delivery system from 8mm to 110mm.
  • Inclination range from 0 to 5 degrees.
  • Complete height adjustment by structure 1 inch bolts and/or cap delivery system.
  • 10 cubic foot cap hopper.
  • Force provided by DC gear motor.
  • Speed control by potentiometer.
